    ITSB was formed in 2010 by Lee Dredge (MD and founder) with one goal in mind – to provide technical support with fantastic customer service. Our approach was reactive: when something broke we fixed it. But we wanted to offer customers something better. We wanted to stop things breaking in the first place, so we created ITSB Managed IT Services in 2012.

    What Do We Do?

    By working with ITSB we can advise, guide, implement, support and continuously review your IT platforms whilst ensuring we are accountable for the services we offer. Our proven Get To Good and IT Roadmap services ensure we have a plan to get your organisation to its intended destination whilst ensuring all of the usual IT Support Services you’d expect from an established IT Support company are in place.

    In our opinion IT Support is now a given. We believe that high quality support is a standard that clients simply expect so we have to stand out in other ways. We do this by working with our clients to help them develop and improve their systems to maximise reliability and security whilst ensuring they receive the very best technical advice which aligns to their plans.

    We have invested heavily in our monitoring platforms to ensure that the key infrastructure, services and applications that our clients depend on are monitored and checked 24/7. All of this information feeds into our Service Desk platform which allows our engineers to detect and react to health check alerts received before they become a real problem that causes downtime.
