Who are ITSB?
ITSB was formed in 2010 by Lee Dredge (MD and founder) with one goal in mind – to provide technical support with fantastic customer service. Our approach was reactive: when something broke we fixed it, but we wanted to offer customers something better. We wanted to stop things breaking in the first place, so we created ITSB Managed IT Services in 2012.
What do we do?
By working with ITSB we can advise, guide, implement, support and continuously review your IT platforms. Our proven Get To Good and IT Roadmap services ensure we have a plan to get your organisation to its intended destination, whilst ensuring all of the usual IT Support Services you’d expect from an established IT Support company is in place.

With over 50 members of staff spread across 3 sites ITSB’s IT Support service has been invaluable in ensuring the day to day running of our IT systems. 10 years anniversary rebrand
We recently celebrated our 10th Birthday!
We recently passed a major milestone here at ITSB having celebrated our tenth anniversary. Yes we know, we look so young, it’s hard to believe we’re 10 years old! To celebrate we decided to commission an exciting rebrand to mark a new chapter in our history. We wanted to represent who we are in 2020, more skilled, more dynamic, unified & strong. Since awarding ITSB our support contract across all our sites we have been delighted with the level of support and service we have received. ITSB get the job done.! Their support systems allow for a swift response and at the touch of a button I can see the status of any current issues. Putting complex solutions into everyday language is definitely an attribute the team at ITSB have. The regular meetings to plan and implement our IT strategy going forward have been invaluable.
